Origin
Northflare Energy primarily sources Olive Cake from regions including Iberia, North Africa, and Turkey. These regions are known for their extensive olive oil production, which generates significant quantities of Olive Cake as byproducts.

Availability
Olive Cake production occurs year-round, peaking from October to February, when about 80% of the olive mass becomes Olive Cake during oil extraction. Our suppliers also provide olive pits along with the cake. In regions where Northflare Energy operates, approximately 10 million MT of Olive Cake are produced annually.
