Origin
Focus on Ivory Coast being the worlds largest producer of cashew nuts, with local incentives to integrate the deshelling locally to support the local communities. Vietnam is the more mature market, where CNSL is prevalent (Ivory Coast currently have a few CNSL factories crushing the shells, and more will come).

Availability
The availability and easy handling of CNS for biomass is one of the products key advantages, CNS production in only Vietnam and Ivory Coast generates around 2 million metric tons annually. With an established setup in Vietnam and Ivory Coast, Northflare Energy is currently the largest supplier of Cashew residues to the international markets.
